ASN's Pennsylvania Notary Basic Training Course is 3-hours, RULONA-compliant, and approved by the Pennsylvania Department of State. This comprehensive course meets the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s statutory education requirement for new and renewing Notaries. It provides in-depth explanation of Pennsylvania’s Notary law (Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts - “RULONA”) and Department of State regulations. The course also covers Notarial best practices that harmonize with RULONA and Department regulations.
- This course is available 24/7 online, for two weeks after the date of registration. You may log-in and out of the course at your own pace.
- You must spend a minimum of three hours taking this course (enforced by course section countdown timers).
- You will receive a course completion certificate to submit with your Notary commission application as proof of satisfying Pennsylvania’s statutory Notary education requirement.
